A first responder is someone designated or trained to respond to an emergency. This includes but is not limited to:
Office of Emergency Services
Search and Rescue
Any current or retired first responder either living or working in Solano County and their household family members.
We offer two tiers of membership: General Member and Pledged Member.
Every member starts off as a vetted General Member. General Members are invited to all Solano Family First Responders events, activities and fundraisers. General Members receive all of the peer support and services Solano Family First Responders has to offer!
General Members are then invited to take the Solano Family First Responders Pledge and become Pledge Members. Pledge Members promise to work towards fighting the stigma of mental health in this career field and to promote mental wellness and positive interactions. Pledge Members make a yearly $20 contribution to Solano Family First Responders and are eligible to vote on board members and become board members themselves.
